1:1 and group sessions for your team
Serene for Business gives employees access to expert-led wellbeing sessions — one-on-one with a vetted expert they choose, or as part of a group session scheduled by HR.
1:1 sessions
A private, one-on-one video session between an employee and an expert they choose.
Employees choose which expert to book and pick an available time slot themselves — there's no waiting on HR to set it up. Each session runs for the expert's set duration, and booking uses credits from your company's shared pool. 1:1 sessions are always online, over video.
Group sessions
A session with one expert and multiple employees, scheduled by HR.
Your HR team schedules the session, picks the expert, and sets how many employees can join. Group sessions can run online or onsite at your own workplace. Reserving a seat doesn't individually charge the employee — the session is billed once to your company. Looking for a full onsite wellbeing day instead? Explore Wellness Day.
